With a specialized focus on Agarwood Plantations Management, Synergy Plantations Management currently owns, co-owns, and privately manages access to approximately 550,000 (five hundred and fifty thousand) agarwood trees on behalf of individual and corporate plantation owners.

These plantations are situated across approximately 13 sites throughout Malaysia and are managed through private agreements and strategic collaborations with plantation owners.

Guided by a long-term growth vision, Synergy Plantations Management is positioned to become the largest private agarwood plantation management company in Malaysia by 2030.

Since 2011, the team behind Synergy Plantations Management has been actively involved in the agarwood plantation sector, providing independent consultancy services to plantation owners and companies prior to the formal establishment of Synergy Plantations Management.

Today, our team represents more than 80 years of combined experience across multiple sectors of the agarwood industry, with each individual contributing specialised knowledge and expertise within their respective area.

With that in mind over the years, we have recognised that many plantation owners encounter substantial challenges in managing their plantations, especially where such assets were acquired through entities that have since ceased to exist or are no longer able to maintain ongoing operations.
